• 1979 to present - began Martial Arts training
• Age 14- Started teaching Martial Arts
• Age 18- Opened first Martial Arts School Memphis Martial Arts Center, Memphis, TN - Own and operate
• Recognized as youngest individual in the U.S. to reach 5th Degree Black Belt status (Master Level), 1998
• 2005 released best selling DVD, Freedom of Movement
• Age 30- Re entered competition winning the 2005 International San Shou Championship (full contact kickboxing and grappling)
• Age 30- nominated for 6th degree black belt in 3 different arts (will test in 2006)
• 6th degree in three different Martial Arts
• Black belts and/or teaching certification in various arts (specifics available upon request)
• Taught at the University level at schools such as Stanford University, Rhodes College, and University of Memphis
• Conducted Martial Arts Seminars across country, 1994-present

Wilson has been inducted into the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame as "Master Instructor of the Year" by the World Head of Family Sokeship Council. He has been inducted into this Hall of Fame three times.

In 2007 he was invited to the Shaolin Temple in China, where he was honored to perform for the Abbot Shi Yon Xin. While at the temple he was among few who were trained daily by the masters there.
