Our programs have a modern eclectic approach that also stress traditional values. Our goal is to develop completely well rounded Martial Artists, as well as well-rounded Human Beings. Our philosophy is that by training ourselves physically, we develop ourselves mentally, so that we may elevate ourselves spiritually and gain more self-control, both emotionally and socially.

We train for self-protection/self-defense first, using a curriculum that revolves around realistic self-defense. Our students train in all ranges of combat, including psychological.
